Adobe Connect tips
- To access the course, we strongly recommend you use the Adobe Connect Application and use a modern web browser such as: Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. The application can be downloaded in the 'enter training room' section.
- Plug in your headset or speakers before entering the training room - if you plug headphones in after you have entered the room, it may not recognise them.
- If you have any issues with the audio or visuals during the course, these can usually be resolved by refreshing the meeting window.
- If you still experience issues, it may be due to insufficient bandwidth or a poor internet connection. Try quitting other applications and ensure your connection is strong.
- We do not recommend connecting to the training via a 'remote desktop' - this can cause the connection to be slower and sound may also not be enabled by your IT administrators.
