The legal duties and responsibilities of employers are enormous and there are many circumstances where managers can get things wrong. All too often this results in dealing with costly and damaging situations, such as Tribunal claims, that might otherwise have been avoided.

This comprehensive course will cover, in considerable detail, the essential statutory duties with which an employer must comply, as well as ensuring that you are fully up to date with the latest changes and developments in legislation and case law.

This full-day course is packed with facts, information and practical advice that will help you deal with many tricky workplace situations. The presenter creates an interactive learning experience that encourages discussion and explores the issues. You will leave the session with a clearer understanding of the gaps in your implementation of employment law and an Action Plan for putting things right.
