The Bribery Act 2010 was a significant piece of legislation which introduced new offences relating to bribery, applicable both to individuals and corporations.

Despite being in force for over 10 years, many organisations have little understanding of the legislation and fail to implement the processes required to protect their business. This failure can have serious implications for the organisation and for individuals. Ranging from unwelcome attention from regulators to civil or criminal action and in a worst-case scenario, criminal prosecution and conviction for facilitating the payment of bribes.
