Here you will find all the information you need for your online course - simply click on the section headings below. Before the course date, it is important that you follow the instructions detailed in the pre-course setup section.
The course starts at 1:30pm each day and you will be able to login from 1:15pm. To access the training, click the 'Enter the training room' section below or click here.
If you have any issues or questions relating to the course setup - please submit them using the form in the right hand column.
Download the Adobe Connect Add-in
To view the course, we
Once it is downloaded, open/run the file and the installer will appear and automatically complete the installation. When this is done, click exit.
When you enter the training room on the day, select 'open in application' when asked.
Unable to download the Add-in?
If you are using a company computer and your IT has placed restrictions on downloading external software, we recommend contacting them to see if they will allow the download or alternatively, use your personal laptop or PC. If you are still unable to download the add-in, you should still be able to view the course in your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari). When you try to enter the training room on the day, you just need to select 'open in browser' when asked.
