Here you will find all the information you need for your online course - simply click on the section headings below. Before the course date, it is important that you follow the instructions in the pre-course setup section.

The course starts at 10:00am and you will be able to login from 9:45am. To access the training, click the 'Enter the training room' section below or click here.

Pre-course setup

Download the Adobe Connect Add-in

To view the course, we strongly recommend you download and install the Adobe Connect Add-In. You can download it by clicking the appropriate button below.

Windows Add-in     Mac Add-in

Once it is downloaded, open/run the file and the installer will appear and automatically complete the installation. When this is done, click exit.

When you enter the training room on the day, select 'open in application' when asked.


Unable to download the Add-in?

If you are using a company computer and your IT has placed restrictions on downloading external software, we recommend contacting them to see if they will allow the download or alternatively, use your personal laptop or PC.

If you are still unable to download the add-in, you will still be able to view the course in your web browser (we recommend Chrome, Firefox or Edge). When you try to enter the training room on the day, you just need to select 'open in browser' when asked.

Important access information

  • Make sure you have your headphones or speakers connected before entering the room. If you plug in or remove your headphones/speakers when you are already in the room, you may have sound issues and need to login again.
  • When you click the button above, you will be taken to the Adobe Connect site and asked to enter your name – simply type it in and click 'Enter Room'.
  • You will then be asked how you want to view the course:
    • If you have downloaded the add-in, select 'Open in Application' and then your browser may ask you to confirm that you want to open the application via a small pop up. Confirm and it will automatically load the room using the add-in you have installed.
    • If you are unable to download the add-in, select 'Open in Browser'. Note: At peak times, some users may experience problems with the room loading using the browser - therefore we recommend using the Add-in. This can be downloaded in the Pre-Course Setup section.
