Please note: If you are working from home and access the course via your office desktop using a remote connection, you may experience issues. RDPs do not always provide a consistent and stable connection to the internet. If this happens, we recommend accessing the course directly on your laptop/PC instead of using RDP.

Adobe Connect tips
- We do not recommend connecting to the room via a 'remote desktop' - this can cause the connection to be slower or unstable. Sound on RDP may also be disabled by your IT administrators.
- We strongly recommend you use the Adobe Connect Application and a modern web browser such as: Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. The application can be downloaded in the 'enter training room' section.
- Plug in your headset or speakers before entering the training room - if you plug headphones in after you have entered the room, it may not recognise them.
- If you have any issues with the audio or visuals during the course, these can usually be resolved by refreshing the meeting window.
- If you still experience issues, it may be due to insufficient bandwidth or a poor internet connection. Try quitting other applications and ensure your connection is strong.
