Course Presenter

Kirsty Semple:
Kirsty ACIS LLM is a Chartered Secretary.  She worked in public practice for over 20 years, specialising in governance and compliance. She has acted as Secretary for a wide range of companies – both companies limited by shares and guarantee companies. The remainder of the time she provides consultancy, training and support to Boards. She is an experienced lecturer, who also has up to date, practical experience of the role of a secretary. Kirsty is also the editor of ICSA’s Charities’ Handbook.
